She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha Frank and Ida Yount Claytor of Virginia; and her husband William Oliver Payne, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, William Oliver Payne, Jr. (Melissa) of Front Royal, Ronald Eugene Payne of Luray, Brenda Manno (Mark) of Front Royal, Sharon Kost (Bryan) of Edinburg, Janet Pack (Mark) of Front Royal and Jeannie Payne (Phil) of Front Royal; and her sister-in-law Mabel Claytor. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
