He was predeceased by: his father Warner Calvin; his wife Pearl Short Crowder; his siblings, Norma Johnson, Katherine Teaford and Dennis Crowder; and his grandson Jacob Crowder.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Ashby Crowder (Donna) and James W. Crowder (Linda); his brother Loyd Crowder; his grandchildren, Bradley Crowder, Stephanie Crowder, Brian Cook and Ashleigh North; and his great grandchildren, Willow Crowder, Emma Ford, Bailey Cook, Hunter Cook, Isabel North and Keinan North.
