She is survived by: her significant other Garry Walker of Front Royal, VA; her sons, Brian Keith Burns of Winchester, VA and Joshua Lloyd Burns (Alisha) of Woodbridge, VA; her grandchildren, Sydney, Kai and Harlyn; her brother Richard Tolliver; and her niece Geraldine Tolliver of Strasburg, VA.

Althea was a dedicated team member who worked religiously, even during the pandemic as her health would permit.
