He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gutekenst and Zona Smith Gutekenst. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Gutekenst of Front Royal; his children, James Walter Gutekenst of Louisa, Heidi Gail Gutekenst of Belchertown and Rose Marie Gutekenst Harvey (Stephen) of Front Royal; his brother Patrick Gutekenst of Louisa; and his grandchildren, Genevieve Zona Harvey of Front Royal and Oliver Everett Harvey of Front Royal.
