He is survived by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Finn Goad and Garfield Goad of Pulaski; his wife Denise Goad of Fries; his sons, Ricky Whitaker of Hillsville and Ryan Whitaker of San Diego, CA; his brothers, Robbie Goad (Valerie) of Pulaski, Douglas Ray Goad (Sandra) and Evan of Pulaski; his grandsons, Nick of Hillsville, Sean of Hillsville, Caleb Whitaker of Hillsville and Luke Whitaker of Marion; and his nephews, Grant Goad (Brittany) of Pulaski and Lucas Goad of Pulaski.
