He is survived by: his wife Willa Dean Shinault Wilson of Fries, Virginia; his children, Angie Leagans of Fries, Virginia, Sherry Ann Whitaker of Sparta and Eric Ray Wilson of Fries, Virginia; his siblings, Frances Anders of Fries, Virginia, Violet Dalton of Galax, Virginia, Lewis Wilson of Fries, Virginia, Doc Wilson of Fries, Virginia, Hurley (Linda Wilson) and Lacy (Barbara Wilson); and his grandson Robert Whitaker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
