He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Wiley; his children, Kimberly Moody (Tommy), Bessie Moore (Douglas), Randy Wiley, Jr. (Amy) and Virginia Speer (Sean); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Richard, Riley Moody, Anna, Taylor, Ashley Moore and Bella Speer; his brothers, Danny Wiley (Karen) and Terry Wiley (Cathy); his aunt Edith Powell; and his pets, Elsa and Belle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
