He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dillard and Marie Dillard; his brothers, James Anderson Dillard and Wharton Hawthorne Dillard (Indie Mae); his sister-in-law Lucy Pearl Wyche Dillard; his niece Marion Zelvina Dillard Simon; and his nephew Ronald Lenell Dillard.
He is survived by: his former spouse Jean Dillard; his children, Brian Dillard and Noel Dillard; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Dillard; his grandchildren, Jayden Dillard, Kaylee Dillard and Justin Dillard; his siblings, Robert Cleo Dillard, Thomas Lee Dillard (Brenda), Marvin Clinton Dillard (Robin) and Marion Verniece Spraggins (Maurice); and his sister-in-law Audrey Taylor Dillard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Miller's Funeral Home (3200 Golansky Blvd, Woodbridge, VA 22192). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A repast was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Woodbridge Elks Lodge (14602 Minnieville Rd, Dale City, VA 22193). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dillard Family Cemetery (1400 Deerfield Rd, Freeman, VA 23856).
