He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Payne Snellings. He is survived by: his children, W. "Ross" Snellings and Traci East (David); his grandchildren, Curtis, Justin, Jessica Snellings, Hailey and Kiley East; and his brother Gary Snellings. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
