He is survived by: his daughters, Lesa Burgess Carver (Kavin) and Angela Burgess Madison (Steve); his grandchildren, Davin Wayne Carver (Cammie) and Kali Rena Carver (Samuel); his great grandchild Avery Niccole Carver; his siblings, Leon Burgess, Troy Burgess (Rita) and Lynn Burgess Lee (David); his stepchildren, Janet Tobin (Byron), Tom Gray (Susan), Sue Woodruff (Michael) and Joe Gray; and his stepgrandchildren, Jessica, Michael, Meghan, Morgan and Mitchell.
