We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2021, at the age of 93, William Palmer of Fredericksburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandmother Ruth; his wife Joan R. Palmer; his daughters, Rhonda Springer (Jim), Karen Lenar (Walt), Kerri Gonen (Yaron) and Maria Palmer (Randy); his parents, James William and Leta Essig Palmer; his sister Margie Dudley; and his son Randy E. Palmer.

In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Christ Episcopal Church Food Pantry, Spotsylvania, VA.
