He is survived by: his children, William Robert Newton, Jr., Catherine (Dave) and Jerri (Mike); his grandchildren, Tina Hodgson (Brian), Mike Galyen, Cindy Galyen (Nick Martinez), Sarah Greene (Sam) and Jessica Joyner (John); and his great grandchildren, Siri Buenviaje, Lee Buenviaje and Mia Joyner.
