It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Legge III (Fredericksburg, Virginia), who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Jean Gray Legge; his sons, Mark (Annette) of Stafford and David of San Antonio, TX; and his granddaughter Marlee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
