He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Hartman and Divine Hartman; his parent-in-law Harry Wilhelm; his brother-in-law Robert Wilhelm; and also Catherine Wilhelm.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Hartman; his children, Christina Buracker, Jonathan Hartman (Amber) and Christopher Hartman (Andrea); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Holden, Hannah, Hayden, Mikalah, Nathan, Kaitlin, Steele, Dean, Audriana and Jordan; his brothers, Mark Hartman (Terry), Jerome Wilhelm (Rosemary) and Michael Wilhelm; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Catherine McCarthy (Tom) and Linda Wilhelm. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Veterans Community Project or a charity of one's choice.
