He is survived by: his daughters, Tracie Ballentine (Robert) and Lisa McWhirt; his grandchildren, Sarah Ronlev, Matthew Burke (Erin), Shawn Burke, Jacob Ballentine and John Michael Ballentine; his great grandchildren, Luke and Grace; and his sisters, Mary Ann Fulford and Joyce Barber. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
