He was predeceased by: his parents, George Skinner and Elizabeth Skinner; and his siblings, Ann Denson, Lois Purks, Hazel Weedon, Nellie Pugh and Aubrey Skinner.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Swann Skinner; and his brothers, James of Fredericksburg, John (Pat) of Fredericksburg and Kenneth (Carol) of Fredericksburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nativity of Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church.
