It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Kelly of Fredericksburg, Virginia, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on June 21, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Peters and Hilda M. Peters; her husband Mark J. Kelly; and her sister Doris J. Eich. She is survived by: her daughter Gail; her son-in-law Thomas M. Tedesco of Fredericksburg, VA; her daughter Judy L. Kelly; her son-in-law Robert J. Sudol of Roseland, NJ; her granddaughters, Kendall and Harper; and her sister Barbara C. Sullivan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
