He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley W. Perchinsky and Frances A. Perchinsky. He is survived by: his close friend Kimmie Hibbs; his sisters, Patricia Molnar, Sandra Koterba, Karma A. Moksha, Janet Los, Lisa Besceglia and Marcie Perchinsky; and his nieces and nephews, Carla Mitchell, Michele Petronka, Kristy Radosh, John Radosh II, Joseph Brown, Jamie Brown, Zachary Brown, Shelby Heimbach, Tayna Los Emery, Damian Los and Riley Perchinsky. He is also survived by many great-nieces and -nephews, cousins, and friends.
