It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Brown Jr. of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Humphries Brown; and his parents, Thomas R. Brown Sr. and Mary Jones Brown of Fredericksburg. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Vinson of Warm Springs and Cynthia Ellis (Dwight) of Fredericksburg; and his grandchildren, William Thomas Vinson of Warm Springs and Morgan Alexandra Ellis of Roanoke.
