He was predeceased by: his father Harold Earl Foosness; his sister Thea; and his nephew Dale. He is survived by: his children, Corey (Tabitha) of Fredericksburg, VA, Ryan (Cindy) of Fredericksburg, VA and Cara of Fredericksburg, VA; his grandchildren, Shelby, Ashleigh, Starla, Logan, Landen, Nyra, Lacey of Clifton, Dorion and Jaydon; his great grandchildren, Pacey, Shepherd and Azryela; and his siblings, Tim, Tom, Trudy and Thad. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
