He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Harvey Spilman II. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Spilman; his siblings, Ann Venette Andrews (Adelbert), Larry and Glenn Spilman; his sister-in-law Deborah Phillips (Dennis); his nieces and nephews, Brooke Andrews, Justine McKay (Larry), Lee Andrews (Vanessa), Harrison, Cameron Spilman, Matthew Phillips (Courtney) and Mark Phillips (Lina); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chasyn, Vivian, Laurel, Skylee Andrews, Autumn McKay, Kaila, Quinn Phillips, Kye Andrews, Joey McKay, David, Jonathan and Fox Phillips; and his aunt Marie Blevins. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
