He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Nowell and Doris Nowell. He is survived by: his daughter Shannon; his siblings, Ron Nowell (Marilyn) and Jewel Lair (Tom); and his nieces and nephews, Bill, Kim, Ronnie, Scott and Kristie.
