He is survived by: his mother Mary Lee Carter; his children, Brooke and Dakota; his brother Walter Lee Carter III (Debbie); his sister-in-law Robin; and his close friend Tabby. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; numerous cousins.
