She is survived by: her children, James Edward Engelson (Diane) and Shelly Marie Shelton (Tony); her sisters, Beverly Thier (Cyril) and Barbara Thier (Don); and her grandchildren, Ashley Foster (Patrick), Natasha Engelson, Melanie Engelson and Fayth Shelton. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
