She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Bailey and Joanne Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Mike Riley of Stafford, Virginia; her children, Michael Bailey-Kelly (Joshua Kelly) of Stafford, Virginia and Heather Lawson of Fauquier County, Virginia; her grandchildren, Tiffany Jenkins (Austin Jenkins) of Culpeper, Virginia, A. J. Dyer of Fauquier County and Gavin Kelly of Stafford, Virginia; and her brothers, Harvey Bailey (Mindy Bailey) and Kevin Bailey of Fauquier County. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
