She was predeceased by: her sons, Ricky, Michael and Dennis; and her siblings, George and Mary Alice.
She is survived by: her daughter Monica; her son-in-law Trey Perrin; her brother Donald Sparks (Louise); and her grandchildren, Mary Kay, Christi, Brook, Michael, Sarah and Travis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
