With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Saunders (Fredericksburg, Virginia), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 19, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Huber and Winifred L. Huber; her stepmother Patricia D. Huber; and her brother John Wesley Huber. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Saunders; her children, Robin L. Saunders (Earl Wildt), Christine M. Kuney, Dawn E. Buerke (Chris) and Mark W. Torbert; her grandchildren, Kaitlynn Saunders, Cody Saunders, Rachel, Rebecca Kuney and Hyla Wildt; her siblings, Linda Gaydick (Gus) and Robert W. Huber (Tim); her niece Desta V. Wilson; and her daughter Shelby Militzer.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Sandi's favorite charity can be made to Lovable Whiskers Animal Rescue and Sanctuary at 7213 Ni River Landing, Fredericksburg VA, 22407.
