It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Fahnders of Fredericksburg, Virginia, born in Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell C. Olson and Betty Jane Olson (Loomis). She is survived by: her son Jeffrey R. Fahnders of Fredericksburg, VA; her sister Sharon Westerlund (Richard) of Fredericksburg, VA; and her niece Betty Westerlund.
