She was predeceased by: her father Russell Scott Harrell. She is survived by: her mother Kimberly Harrell; her brother Preston Harrell (Danielle); her nephews, Dylan Lucas and Preston Harrell, Jr.; and her grandparents, Jean Harrell and Wayne Rappoldt. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Samantha was a lover of all animals, so in her honor, the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the SPCA, 10819 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
