Sallye Lowe Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sallye Lowe of Fredericksburg, Virginia, born in Port Clinton, Ohio, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sullivan and Madonna Sullivan; her husband William "Billy" Lowe; and her sisters, Patricia Ridley, Pamalee Carpenter and Shawn Wadsworth.

She is survived by: her children, Bill Lowe (Stephanie), Rob Lowe (Stephanie) and Amanda Cox (Casey); her grandchildren, Keegan, Emerson Lowe, Darius Daniels, Tyler Lowe, Madison Frampton and Abigail Cox; and her siblings, Kathleen Perry, Kayleen Crane, Dennis Sullivan and John L. Sullivan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving extended family.
