She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Staples and Lucy Staples; her children, Jamie Ray Garland and Wendy Garland; her former husband Danny Ray Garland, Sr.; and her sister Audrey Rodgers (Lloyd).
She is survived by: her children, Danny Ray Garland, Jr. and Kimberly D. Jellison (Bobby); her grandchildren, Jamie Garland, Kierston Garland, Christopher Collis and Zachary Collis; and her siblings, Earl Clifford Staples, Edith Garland and Wayne Staples (Patsy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving extended family.
