He was predeceased by: his parents, William Randolph Bundy Sr. and Thelma Maggie Brown; and his wife Gwendolyn Janet Bundy. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Pauline Bundy Collins (David) of Fuquay Varina, Russell Franklin Bundy Jr. (Yu) of Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Derrek Kentrell Bundy of Phoenix and Quentin Wendell Barbour Bundy (Colisha) of Fredericksburg, Virginia; his grandchildren, Alex, Brandin, Isaiah, Christian, David Jr., Kai, Ezekiel, Yori, Micheala, Nya, Alivia and Rosalind; and his great grandchild Sanaa.
