She was predeceased by: her former husband Gilbert S. Applin; her husband Lando L. Woods; her stepdaughter Debra Ann Wilson; and her parents, Ruby Shipp and Claude Shipp.
She is survived by: her children, George M. Applin of Fredericksburg and Patricia A. Leonard of Fredericksburg; her grandchildren, John Applin (Corey Applin), Tech, Trae Leonard (Catrina) of Cheyenne, WY and Kathleen Tillman (Tyler) of Richmond; and her great grandchildren, Alex Tillman, Jefferson Applin, Evelyn Tillman, Thomas Applin and Trae Michael Leonard.
