Headley, Jr. (Theresa), James W. Headley (Michelle), Jessica R. Headley (Ernie) and Chelsea L. Fetherman (Greg); his grandchildren, Alex, Aaron, Rebecca, Jamie and Mason; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Ferris, Lakon and Ryder; and his brother Louis G. Headley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
