He is survived by: his wife Bettie Lou Long Ratcliff; his daughters, Pamela Smith (James) of Stafford and Amy Mendez (Robert) of St. Augustine, Florida.; and his grandchildren, Kayla Smith Jackson (Aaron), Emily Smith Graham (Tre), Toby Smith (Shelby), Jordan Mendez and Katelyn Mendez. He is also survived by his family and friends.
