With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Roscoe of Fredericksburg, Virginia, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on July 25, 2021 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Roscoe to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, G. L. Roscoe and Jesse Rich Roscoe; his wife Kay; his children, Julie Eckstein (Howard), Sharon Roscoe and Daniel Roscoe; his grandchildren, Elisabeth, Julianne Eckstein, Nicholas and Madison Roscoe; his brother David (Gloria); and his sisters-in-law, Gail L. Crosby and Linda L. Moon. He was also cherished by five nephews; and one niece.
