He is survived by: his children, Perine "Pat" Brown of Fredericksburg, VA., Anthony Robinson of Fredericksburg, VA. and Dorothy McDowney of Fredericksburg, VA.; his grandchildren, Shanese Wood, Sharese Wood, Garrison Burnett of Upper Marlboro, Steven McDowney and Anthony McDowney of King George, VA.; his great grandchildren, Heaven Scott, Zair Foster, Daisy McDowney and Grayson Chittams; his siblings, Nancy Myers and Charles Brown (Virginia); his sister-in-law Helen Brown; and his niece Ann Cole (William). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
