He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Frank and Teresa Frank; his brothers, James and Fred; and his stepdaughter Lisa.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Stacy (Miguel), Joanne (Edwin) and Colleen; his stepchildren, Brian (Andi), Lori (Bill), Peter, Nicky and Ricky; his grandchildren, Sydney, Erica, Jessica, Julie, Melissa, Jayden, Stephanie and Joseph; and his great grandchildren, Winnie, Connor and Jack.
