He is survived by: his parents, Cecil Hess and Ella Hess; his sisters, Amanda Halverson (Kevin) and Kama Havens (Jeff); his nephews, Owen and Aaron Halverson; his aunt Phyllis Turner; his uncle Michael Turner; and his close friend William Burns. He is also survived by cousins and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Fredericksburg (10719 Courthouse Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
