With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rhoda Mozingo of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on February 3, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Vera; his son Michael; his stepdaughters, Amanda Stegall (Joshua) and Melissa Thomson (George); his grandsons, Stephen (Katelyn), David (Brandy) and Dustin (Kayde); his great grandchildren, Violet, Jackson, Ellie, Willow, Lilly, Lyndsey (Luke), Ryan, Madison, Nathan, Lillian and Mila; his siblings, Betty Mayes (Rick), Harold (Deanna) and John; and his extended family, Shannon and Austin Quest. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
