He is survived by: his significant other Mary Ellen Nunn; his children, Melissa Lyn Maki (Rebecca Palmer) and Brennen Cutter Maki (Jessica); his grandsons, Kyle and Ryan; and his sisters, Dee Maki, Ann Pfeiffer and Marilyn Farmer.
