It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randolph L. Quann (Fredericksburg, Virginia), who passed away on September 6, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Quann; his parents, Irvin Quann and Thelma Quann; and his brother Chester Quann. He is survived by: his children, Jo Ann Lavoie (Richard) and Daniel Quann (Barbara); his grandchildren, Michael Lavoie (Maggie) and Bradley Lavoie (Jenna); his great grandchildren, Levi Lavoie, Cora Beth Lavoie and Carter Lavoie; and his siblings, Joan Newton, Geraldine Formanek, Christine Wilkerson, Lucile Raines (Gordon), Carl Quann (Donna) and Debbie Conrad (Dale). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mary Washington Hospice or a charity of one's choice.
