He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his siblings, Alberta Frye and Aaron Frye, Sr.; his godchildren, Joanne Cunningham and Lee Howard; and his nieces and nephews, Valerie, Deborah, Brigitte, Gayle, Rita, Patrice, Mona, Vanessa, Joanne, Jackie W., Beverly Ann, Vera, Amanda, Marquita, Michael, Gilbert, Orlando, John, James (Sonny), Franklin and Ronnie. He is also survived by many great nieces and great nephews, cousins, and friends.
