We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Raffles Cisneros (Fredericksburg, Virginia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Manolo; and his daughter-in-law Sara. He is survived by: his wife Alma; his children, Rafles, Elizabeth (Mark) and Bayron (Mayte); his grandchildren, Corey (Courtaney), Joshua (Kasey), Jonathan, Brayan, Maya and Eva; his great grandchild Faithen; and his siblings, Mario, Gilberto and Hilda. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Salem Baptist Church.
