It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Osborn Muir (Fredericksburg, Virginia), who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W Osborn and Ruth Osborn (Compton); and her sister Carolyn (Hugh). She is survived by: her husband Hugh Orville Muir; her children, Linda Odell (Craig), Susan Trombley (Larry) and Gordon Muir (Betsy); her grandchildren, Erin Cook (Dan), Lee Trombley (Tiffany), Ryan Odell (Kaylyn Wilkin), Justine Trombley, Kirsten Muir and Elyse Muir; her great grandchildren, Cambria and Vivien Trombley; and her brother Donald Osborn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
