Booth; her children, Kim Allen (David), Melissa Buhle (Derick) and Jason Booth (Megan); her brother Ricky James; her grandchildren, Kallie Pultz (Jeremy), Dylan Allen, Jessica Buhle, Andrew Buhle, Danika Allen, Preston Booth, Eden Booth and Judah Booth; and her great grandchild Charlotte Pultz.
