Lockett in Fredericksburg, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur L. Brew, Sr. and Eugenia T. Brew; her sister Jeanette Price (Winter B. Lockett); her son Steven Semerjian; and her grandson Kevin L. Semerjian.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane S. Young and Linda S. Purtell (Michael); her grandchildren, Joseph L. Phipps, Patricia J. Allen, Winter C. Young and Brian T. Semerjian; her great grandchildren, Gabriel E. and Nolan S. Semerjian; her birdie GiGi; and her pets, Sheldon and Annabelle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
