She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wallace Henry and Theresa Marie Myers (Bruffy); her former husband Robert Caspar; her husband Donald Dean Kramer; her brother Wallace Francis Myers; and her children, B. Michelle Howell (David) of Owings, Michael Caspar (Vicki) of Edgewater and Keith Kramer (Kim) of Fredericksburg, VA. She was also cherished by six grandchildren.
