He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey M. O'Byrne and Cornelius Lyle O'Byrne. He is survived by: his wife Darra Talley; his children, Kelly R. O'Donnoghue (Brendan) and Brandon Lyle; his grandchildren, Lacey and Reese; and his sister Brenda O. Jones (Burt).
