She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Cooley; her children-in-law, Rie Cooley (Stephen) and Willard "Bucky" Rogers (Jacqueline); and her granddaughter Erin Rogers. She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Rogers, David Cooley (Marlene) and Stephen Cooley (Jenna); her sister Jean Clyburn; and her grandchildren, Teren, Will, Laura, Ty, Matthew, Nick and Katie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Norma's memory to the Fredericksburg Center for the Creative Arts, an organization founded by Johnny Johnson.
